My bag has about a half million travel miles and five years of daily work. It's still in overall great condition. Tip is when you grab the bag pull straight up, I tend to slide it to the side first and the only wear on the bag are the corners and the zipper pull that gets dragged along. Ref photos. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with all my J&K products!
